IC Packaging (XSI) - Scrum Master
IC Packaging is a fast growing market domain that is focused on combining multiple pieces of silicon chips into a functioning system. There are several challenges being faced here, i.e. miniaturization, fabrication costs, technology limitations, power dissipation, data transfer efficiency, etc. Xpedition Substrate Integrator is a solution used by the largest players in chip design in areas like computers and artificial intelligence to achieve success in breaking the current limitations and move the technology a step forward. The Xpedition Substrate Integrator solution enables our customers to excel and perform electronics design planning, and optimization with high efficiency despite huge projects with millions of component pins. It enables validating the projects early in the design process, which is crucial for cost savings.
The complexity of project configurations and customer requirements constantly brings new challenges for the Xpedition Substrate Integrator project, and leads to continuous tool improvements towards new market demands.
Siemens is seeking experienced Scrum Masters to join our Agile Community and assist in organizational transformation. As a Scrum Master, you will focus on team effectiveness, obstacle removal, supporting Product Owners in planning and product discovery, and addressing global challenges that impact multiple teams.

The Challenge:
Working in a large organization with dependencies and complex structures can be demanding. As a Scrum Master, you will play a vital role in driving the transformation and ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient delivery across teams. You will need to navigate through organizational challenges and foster an environment of continuous improvement and agility.
What are your daily responsibilities?
Support and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in their Agile journey, promoting self-management and high-performance.
Foster removing impediments and ensure the teams have the necessary resources and support to deliver high-quality products.
Facilitate Scrum events and provide guidance and coaching to the team on how they can effectively conduct these events.
Assist Product Owners in identifying and implementing effective techniques for refining the product backlog, prioritizing work, and aligning on product vision and goals.
Guide teams in adopting and applying Agile principles and practices effectively.
Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency and continuous improvement within the teams and the organization.
What do you need to realize what matters?
At least 3 years of experience working as a Scrum Master.
Strong understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Possess a strong understanding of the software delivery cycle
Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation.
Facilitation and coaching skills to support teams in achieving their goals.
Experience in working with distributed teams and online facilitation.
Ability to identify and address impediments that hinder team productivity and delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
Experience in product discovery and working closely with Product Owners.
Familiarity with scaling Agile practices and frameworks is a plus.
Proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and learning.
