This is a full time position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize the Fusemachines Executive’s calendar, including scheduling meetings with internal or external stakeholders providing relevant briefing materials as necessary.

  • Manage communications on behalf of the Fusemachines Executive’s, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.

  • Organize and maintain documentations, reports, and records requested by the Fusemachines Executive ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports based on requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders requiring Executive’s attention, managing inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, clients, vendors, and other contacts.

  • Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations for the Executive’s, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itinerary planning.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

  • Demonstrate flexibility in schedule and availability, sometimes may require outside of standard business hours, to address urgent matters and provide support as required.

    Qualification and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or personal assistant supporting senior executives, preferably in a corporate environment.

    Required skills/Competencies :

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.,) and other relevant software applications.

  • Confidentiality in handling sensitive information and communications.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work environments.
