Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics

Role Overview :

The Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics is responsible for managing and implementing global and regional projects or processes, works autonomously with limited oversight in support of the global strategy. The role is responsible for the execution of complex and large-scale projects implementations to organize, collect and standardize the data or UI solutions to generate operational insights and address downstream needs.

On a typical day you will:

  • Develops and maintains scalable data pipelines, data models or design and develop standard reports and dashboards for cross functional business needs

  • Collaborates with analytics and business teams to build data models or reports and dashboards increasing data accessibility and fostering data-driven decision making across the organization.

  • Implements processes and systems to monitor data quality, ensuring the quality of reports, and make it available for key stakeholders and business processes that depend on it.

  • Performs data analysis required to troubleshoot data related issues and assist in the resolution of data issues.

  • Designs data integrations and data quality framework. Or Designs reports and dashboards.

  • Reviews code and provides feedback relative to best practices, performance improvements etc.

  • Prepares documents and maintains knowledge of overall architecture structure.

  • Communicate with stakeholders globally.

  • Apply Agile Methodology in all the projects.

What You Will Need to be Successful :

  • Minimum 4+ years of multi cloud architecture and infrastructure management (Azure / AWS, GCP) Or end to end implementation of any BI projects.

  • Experienced programming skills in multiple scripting languages (Python / SQL) and BI tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, Sigma.

  • Advanced knowledge of work area, coaches lower-level professionals – Snowflake, Data Architecture, Data Models, SQL, BI tools, Agile practice.

  • Experience with Salesforce and MS Dynamics data integration and development, a plus.

  • Experience with Oracle – JD Edwards ERP, a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree and equivalent work experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related discipline.

  • Master’s degree preferred.
