This position reports Senior Finance Director Supply Chain and is based in Bangalore, India

The Deliver Finance Analyst is responsible for driving accuracy in reporting of Deliver costs (inbound & outbound transportation, warehousing and people costs), rolling up the budgets, driving forecasting accuracy and monitoring actual spends v/s the forecasts on a monthly basis for key markets in Asia Pacific. The role also involves working closely with critical operations stakeholders in the market and providing financial leadership for the Deliver Operational and International trade team.

What You Will Do

  • Leads all aspects of the local Business Plan process for specific APAC markets, including SKU wise budgeting of inbound freight and forecasting of total Deliver SG&A including outbound transportation and warehousing costs

  • Lead periodic forecasting cycles alongside Kenvue forecasting cycles; ensure roll up and reporting of budgets aligning with Deliver heads in the markets, with focus on forecasting accuracy and adherence to timelines.

  • Perform monthly local financial performance management analysis and supports Deliver team to ensure financial targets are delivered on an ongoing basis and implement corrective actions if needed.

  • Work closely with the regional PIC (costing team) to drive accuracy in reporting of inbound freight spends on monthly basis, including SAP automations and interventions where possible.

  • Collaborates with Deliver Operations team and SC Finance in the market; to influence and craft business decisions that support cost improvement goals.

  • Actively find opportunities and risks, portfolio management, resource allocation, investment opportunities, among others.

  • Conduct financial analysis for new business opportunities that exist at a local level.

  • Partners with Deliver team, BUF and CoE on financial planning and latest thinkings; and with Global Services, Tax and Compliance to ensure financial accuracy.

  • Supports monthly financial closing and ensures information alignment with HCC, SOX, and WW and GAAP procedures for the relevant processes.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor degree / equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Business management.

  • Minimum of 4-6 years of post-qualification experience.

  • Strong corporate experience, in accounting but also in dynamic environments.

  • Advanced MS office level.

  • Prior experience in SAP is preferred.

  • Self-motivated with an ability to work with multiple stakeholders

  • English Fluency is a plus.
