  • Management of the plant NPI & automation team (injection Molding & Molds).

  • Significant knowledge in the field of plastic injection molding, automation, NPI.

  • Engineering support - work directly with the plant teams to improve existing products to increase revenue for the company, adding automation, assembly fixtures, product design changes ,etc.…

  • Work directly with the BU engineering, product management and design teams from initial concept to final production – be a strong leader, make sure that we get to the next level and develop for assembly and automation.

  • Reduce labor cost by defining the right automation, machinery, assembly fixtures, new processes.

  • Be up to date regarding new production methods, suppliers, etc.

  • Work directly with vendors, define projects and timelines, SOW, etc.
