We are currently looking for a Warehouse Manager to join our Operations team.

Location: Bursa

Type of contract: Permanent

As a Warehouse Manager, you will have the following responsibilities;

Develop service providers for sustainable warehouse operations.

Ensure legal obligations are met in Bad Goods and NHS,operations

Ensure a suitable distrubition network is defined

By Solving Adequately any occurring warehouse issues.

Contract managment and ensuring that contract requirements are met All DC

Ensuring that site requirements are followed and fulfilled by Site managment

Manage multiple warehouse operations (Bursa DC,Ankara Wh. and Osmaniye Wh.)

Implementing, monitoring and managing Safety, Health and Environment, Quality regulations and Best Practices.Drive quality and regulatory controls.

Ensure the delivery of outstanding service at a minimum warehousing cost

Ensuring a structured continuous improvement approach based on the application of Tools and the implementation of Best Practices

To adapt to changes in the logistics and/or market environment

Actively supporting the NCE development process

Ensure that reverse logistics operation is done accurately on time.

Ensure that warehouse operations are in line with Nestlé GWP

Driving initiatives for opportunities to Nestlé's benefit within the relationship with the 3PL

Which profile are we looking for?

More than 5 years relevant and successful operational experience in a leadership role at market/ business level in warehouse management.

University degree(master degree preferred)

Good command of English.

Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC skills.SAP knowledge will be plus.

Relevant operational experience at market/business level,

Experience in the management of projects,

Desirable to have had worked on a leadership position in a LEAN

organization, who has adapted LEAN concepts and tools as part

of their way of working.

Desirable to have had experience implementing LEAN concepts

and tools.
