Job Brief

We are looking to add a dedicated and proactive Outside Sales Representative to our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront, meeting potential clients, identifying their needs, and showcasing the quality and innovation that define Regal Plastic Supply.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Foster and develop relationships with potential clients in your designated territory.

  • Conduct on-site visits to businesses, presenting product samples, and showcasing the benefits of our product line.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.

  • Work in tandem with the customer service team to ensure seamless order processing and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to offer the best solutions to customers.

  • Continuously gather market feedback and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.

    Additional Responsibilities

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Familiarity with industrial distribution a plus.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Resilient, adaptable, and goal-oriented.

  • Ability to actively manage and grow a pipeline of new business opportunities

  • Minimum of 3 years in an outside sales role, preferably in the distribution or manufacturing industry.

  • Travel will be required

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

  • Valid Driver's License
