Phoenix Home Care and Hospice RN/LPN Home Care in Kansas City, Missouri

Seeking a few RNs or LPNs to help with our In-Home Nursing department in the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our In-Home nursing team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing high-quality care and support in the comfort of their own home.

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000

Availability: Full Time, Days

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic patient care: Taking Vitals, Weekly medication Management per Physicians orders, Monthly Diabetic Nails, Monthly Skin Monitoring and Bi Yearly General Health Assessments

  • May supervise In Home Aides for Advance Personal Care (APC) Services

  • Provide instruction/ Education on Medication when needed

  • Follow state approved care plan

  • Attend quarterly Nurse Meetings

  • Good time management, detail oriented and self-starter

Requirements:

  • Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license in the state of MO

  • In Home experience preferred

  • Strong organizational and self-management skills

  • Strong and compassionate customer service skills

  • Valid driver’s license
