WHAT DO YOU GET TO DO IN THIS POSITION? * Grow and develop the professional skills of a sales team in a ten-state region * Develop and implement sales and business development strategies for growth * Assist sales personnel in identifying prospects and coaching deal strategy * Keep abreast of competition, changing market conditions, new entrants and services * Interview, hire, train, mentor evaluate sales personnel * Contributes to Energy and Sustainability Services department strategic planning * Prepare performance evaluations and set sales goals * Assist in the development of departmental budgets * Other duties may be assigned!*!
