Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Generator Division team in Kansas City. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You'll be an integral team member, working closely with team members to deliver successful projects. Strong communication and organizational skills are a must for this role.

Reports to: PC Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

· At least two years of relevant project management or project coordination experience.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficient in project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.

· Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions will be standard to an office environment with time spent on the production floor.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

· Plan and manage project schedules, resources, and budgets effectively.

· Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between the project team and our customers.

· Ensure project deliverables are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

· Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.

· Document project objectives, scope, and requirements.

· Monitor project progress and update customers on status and progress.

· Provide administrative support to the project team as needed.
