TEKsystems Project Coordinator (Remote Work From Home) in Kansas City, Missouri
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working hand in hand with the Project Management team to coordinate and manage both Development and Construction schedules while providing progress updates to projected Milestone commitment dates. This person must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities to accommodate all requests from management. Will need to have prior Communications experience and understand the Wireless
Lifecycle to assist in development meetings and planning sessions with the customer.
The individual will have to be skilled within Excel; V-Look Ups, Record Macro’s, Pivots, etc. Excel is a huge component of the job based on the data uploads they are pushing to the Data repository daily that exceed 3000-4000 rows. Their ability to digest and interpret data to work with the PM community on getting sites on air is key critical to the success of the customer. The Project Coordinator will need to be able to work in a collaborative environment and take feedback and direction well. They will also need to be able to operate in a fast paced environment and operate with little direction on a day to day basis.
