We have a wonderful union company we have partnered with in North Kansas City and they are looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals that are able to work 12-hour shifts and looking to grow within their roles in the company. Production Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:\ - Follow instruction sheet to properly assemble upfits into vehicles\ - Identify and correct defects in product or workmanship\ - Use hand tools to assemble and attach pieces\ - Observe machine operation to detect work piece defects or machine malfunction\ - Ensure implementation of quality and safety procedures\ - Work with other associates to set up machine, and stack, mark, pack, and transport finished parts\ - Maintain a clean and orderly work area

Production Associate Requirements:\ - Experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus\ - Regularly lift up to 35lbs\ - Stand for entire shift\ - Reach and grab with hands and arms\ - Stoop, bend, and kneel as needed\ - Ability to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch\ - Ability to read and understand work instructions and bar graphs\ - Strong written and verbal communication skills\ - Good eye and hand coordination
