The Job: Our Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the general appearance of our community. Specific responsibilities include:
Clean vacant apartments after move-outs
Ensure model apartments are neat and dust-free
Maintain a tidy office/clubhouse and common areas
Inspect buildings and grounds for maintenance issues and cleanliness
The Details: Our Housekeepers should have:
High School diploma or equivalent
A minimum six months of previous experience in either the apartment or hotel industry
Previous customer service experience
Self motivated
Requires minimal supervision
Attention to detail
Team player
Prior multi-family community cleaning a plus
Reliable transportation
Must be able to work schedule listed
Proactive
Must be able to be on feet for long hours of the day
Is comfortable with stairs and elevators
Can take direction
Dedicated to making 5 Points the best and cleanest it can be
Additional Information: Exposure to hot, cold, wet, humid, or windy conditions (temperatures may vary depending on the weather in the different regions).
Exposure to noise, vibrations, atmospheric conditions, as well as working in confined or restricted spaces.
