System One HCM Functional Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors in Kansas City, Missouri

System One is seeking an HCM Analyst - SAP SuccessFactors for a full-time, permanent opportunity in Kansas City, MO.

  • Apply a variety of techniques to elicit and gather business and user requirements from diverse group of stakeholders

  • Maintaining and supporting SuccessFactors BIZX, LMS and Security Modules as well as other various HR applications

  • Exhibit technical experience with SuccessFactors, SAP ECC and integrations with a focus on Learning Mgmt. System and Authorizations

  • Experience with PMP, Integration Center, familiarity with SF API / OData Dictionary a plus

  • Manage incidents, problems and change requests related to HR applications, collaborate with the clients and documenting resolution information

  • Provide recommendations on process and system improvements

  • Creating and/or updating SuccessFactors Compensation configuration and business process procedures documentation

  • Participate in creation of the test strategy and test plans. Ensure traceability of requirements back to business need

  • Participate in rotational on call 24*7 support

  • Assist with creating user guides and training

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Science, Commerce/Business Administration or equivalent practical experience

  • 5+ years of Business Analysis within SuccessFactors (BIZX, LMS) and SAP environment

  • Excellent understanding of Success Factors platform design, architecture and release processes

  • Expertise in facilitation, negotiation, gaining consensus and managing conflict of diverse stakeholder groups

  • Knowledge of railway operations and processes an asset
