Corporate Change

Manager will play a critical role in supporting our EXO mission to identify and implement strategies that empower the entire enterprise to perpetually scale, innovate and thrive as “One Burns & Mac” in our next 125 years. This role will focus on changes to culture, job roles, organizational structures, and business processes, systems & technology. This includes creating and implementing change management strategies and plans to maximize employee adoption & usage and minimize the resistance of large-scale transformation initiatives. This is a permanent position with responsibilities that evolve as projects change.

The initial focus of this role will be the change strategy and plans supporting the first digital transformation initiative, a multi-year, $150M initiative known as Blue Horizon. It will include the successful replacement of our existing ERP and adjacent solutions with a comprehensive, end-to-end, enterprise management solution that is potentially inclusive of composable ERP, CRM (customer resource management), BMS (business management system) and other technologies. The transformation will result in a simplified application landscape with modernized business processes. While depth of scope continues to be refined, the breadth will be enterprise-wide benefiting more than 15,000 people, 80 offices on three continents, and 10 global practices that each have numerous business lines.

Applicants should have experience overseeing the management and execution of similar transformation programs, including ERP, and should be able to anticipate, plan and shape resource and deployment plans that maximize employee engagement, adoption, and people-dependent ROI.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead development and implementation of comprehensive and structured change management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.

-Manage change management workstream and resources needed to support the successful delivery of change management plans. This could include direct and indirect reports as well as contingent workers.

  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, HR, communications, and leadership, to identify change impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies.

  • Advise` leaders on sponsorship and change management efforts to increase adoption in support of business transformation and ERP efforts

  • Collaborate with external consulting partners to ensure successful adoption

  • Assess the current organizational culture and readiness for change, and design interventions to foster a supportive environment for new initiatives.

  • Lead/Facilitatecreation of clear and effective communication plans to articulate the purpose, benefits, and timeline of changes to all stakeholders, fostering understanding and buy-in.

  • Lead the identification and engagement of change champions and stakeholders at all levels of the organization to drive advocacy and support for changes.

  • Lead the development and execution of training programs and workshops to equip employees with the skills and knowledge required for successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies.

  • Manage and monitor the effectiveness of change management strategies, gathering feedback and data to make continuous improvements.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure change management activities are integrated into the overall project plan.

  • Monitor and track change management implementation progress, providing reports to management

  • Address potential sources of resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.

  • Lead development and transition of metrics to track the progress and impact of change initiatives, providing regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  • Provide coaching and support to people managers to effectively guide their teams through the change process.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management, integrating new insights into strategies and approaches.

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, organizational leadership, or related field and 8 years of relevant experience required (10 years plus strongly preferred)

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools; Prosci ADKAR Model preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing change for large-scale ERP implementations; understanding their impact on business processes

  • Proven understanding of how people go through a change and the change process.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to clearly present complex information.

  • Proven experience in navigating ambiguity

  • Demonstrated collaboration, influence and leadership skills, with the ability to drive change across all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to work methodically and analytically in a quantitative problem-solving environment; Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-task

  • Strong ability to ascertain customer concerns, consider alternatives and provide customers guidance to solve their problems.

  • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts essential, including ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle); A solid track record of success in managing complex change initiatives.

  • Change Management certification or designation. Prosci Certification and/or Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) preferred

  • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle strongly preferred.

  • Comfortable and confident working with senior management
