Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and improving business processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights that will inform strategic decision-making. POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Business Analyst will function as a bridge between IT and Business sectors, with a focus on comprehending and transforming business processes into system/software requirements and designs that align with the needs of the Operations teams.

ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/DUTIES:

· Facilitate requirement elicitation and gathering sessions.

  • Create standardized documentation for software/system requirements.

  • Define business objectives and problem statements.

  • Document current (As-is) and future (To-be) processes.

  • Develop product roadmaps and strategies.

  • Rationalize systems to align with long and short-term business goals.

  • Effective stakeholder management.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to all organizational levels.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrate strong organizational aptitude.

  • Develop project schedules, emphasizing task-resource and financial goal balance.

  • Implement and maintain project execution, planning, and management.

  • Ensure completion of assigned projects and realization of all associated benefits.

  • Demonstrated progressive skills in job knowledge, communication, planning, collaboration, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving.

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-focused.

  • Ability to facilitate teams and drive change.

  • Familiarity with change management models and techniques.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on business analysis, requirement and design documentation, project management, and product management.

· Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field is preferred.

  • Preferred certifications: PMP, CBAP, and/or PSCO.

  • Experience with the HCSS product suite including Heavy Job, Heavy Bid, HCSS Credentials, and E360 preferred.

  • Proficient in data analysis and correlations

  • Proficiency with Microsoft VBA programming a plus

  • Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple business units nationwide, up to 25%.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS Visio, and MS Project.

  • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment drug screen and criminal background check.
