Description

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team based in KANSAS CITY, Missouri. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing, maintaining, and resolving various aspects of customer credit applications and accounts in the telecom industry. Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process customer credit applications.

• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records.

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely manner.

• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

• Process staff expense reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and completeness of submissions.

• Manage American Express credit cards, ensuring processing before deadlines and reaching out to AMEX submitters for missing support.

• Handle processing of A/P & Matter batch invoices.

• Research past due balances and take necessary action.

• Obtain W9's for new vendor set up and maintain vendor account statements.

• File invoice/expense report copies once batches are approved.

• Reach out to pertinent persons when approvals are missing and contact vendors for copies of missing invoices.

• Assist with different projects as needed.

Requirements • Possess proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP)

• Must have experience with Coding Invoices

• Ability to handle Vendor Payment efficiently

• Must be capable of Reconciling Vendor Statements

• Experience with Enter Invoices and Enter Vendor Invoices is necessary

• Must have the ability to manage Invoice Approvals and Invoice Copies

• Experience in dealing with Invoice Issues is required

• Must be proficient in Invoice Payment and Invoice Processing

• Experience in Invoice reconciliation is necessary

• Must be capable of handling Manual Invoices and Missing Invoices

• Experience with Payable Invoices and Prepare Invoices is a must

• Must be proficient in Process Vendor Invoices

• Experience with Scanning Invoices is necessary.
