We are seeking individuals who have worked in an industrial/service/sales environment to fill the position of Branch Operations Manager for our Kansas City location.

Job Description

  1. Primary job responsibilities are to:

  2. Responsible for all inside sales and service operations at the branch.

  3. Provide continuity between sales and service to meet customer expectations.

  4. Primary communicator with Fredericksburg support regarding customer needs and current operations.

  5. Job performance is measured by:

  6. Ability to support and train new employees.

  7. Inside sales team alignment with Territory Managers.

  8. Inside sales team performance with appointments and CRM completion.

  9. Inventory variance of service vans and warehouse.

  10. Air Studies (Air Demand Analysis or ADA) completed to goal.

  11. High customer retention.

  12. Service revenue growth.

  13. Lowe employee turnover.

  14. High customer satisfaction in sales and service support.

  15. Timeliness of customer follow-up via phone, email and in-person.

  16. Frequency of communication with Fredericksburg support.

  17. Responsiveness to national and key account service and sales requests.

  18. Detailed and timely completion of timesheets and expense reports.

  19. Test grades on completion of Kaeser factory schools.

  20. Responsible for learning and following all applicable procedures and work instructions relating to the Company's quality and environmental system.

  21. Performs all other duties assigned by the Manager.

Required Qualifications

The successful candidate’s background will include:

  • High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.

  • Related work experience and knowledge of operations management.

  • Must be able to travel.

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record.

  • Good communication skills/phone skills required.

  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suites.

  • SAP experience preferred.

  • Regular physical attendance at the worksite.
