Behavioral Health Technicians (BHT) provide compassionate care to children and adolescents. BHTs are responsible for supervising clients at all times to ensure basic needs are being met to improve treatment outcomes. They assist clients through completion of daily living skills, activities and responsibilities by modeling positive behavior and effective problem-solving techniques. Provides crisis intervention by acting quickly to diffuse problems and de-escalate behaviors that are progressing in a negative or unsafe direction.

Must be 20 years old to apply. Background check and pre-employment drug screen required.

Pay Rate:

Pay for this position starts at \$16.00 hourly and increases based on a combination of education and experience, plus shift differentials.

Everyday: 3p-11p \$1/hr

Everyday: 11p-7a\$1/hr

Friday-Sunday: Friday 7p - Monday 7a \$1.50/hr

Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm

Education:High school diploma or general education degree (GED) from an accredited high school

Licensure/Certification:Valid Driver\'s License and auto insurance.

Experience:1-3 months related experience and/or trainingworking with adults or children in a behavioral health care or similar environment.
