Job Description:

Local warehouse is seeking skilled pickers for their warehouse in Kannapolis.

  • This position will require candidates to receive a pick sheet, scan the barcodes for orders.

  • Walk throughout the warehouse to pull orders accurately using the RF Scanner.

  • Candidates will also have a cart to push and walk through the warehouse.

  • Candidates should have experience working in a warehouse environment and be accustomed to being on their feet for extended periods of time.

  • You may also work the dock area

  • Dock position - The dock is basically just sorting the packages the pullers bring over by hospital and area in hospital, putting it on pallets / carts, wrapping, and loading on trucks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be capable of walking 15 miles per shift.

  • Climate control facility.

  • RF Scanner Experience preferred but not required.

  • Warehousing and distribution experience is preferred but not required.

  • High school diploma or GED is REQUIRED

  • There is a medical screening for this position that is required as well

  • Candidates will be walking around 10-12 miles per shift, MUST be comfortable being on feet for extended periods of time.

Shift:

  • 12 hours shifts, from 2:30p - 2:30a for Monday/Tuesday

  • On Thursday and Friday - they start at 2pm

  • 4 shifts per week; Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday.

  • OFF Wed and weekends.
