この役割であなたが与える影響

物流センターのアナリストとして、あなたの好奇心を引き出し、世界中で最も革新的で多様な人々と協力する機会を提供します。ここでは、以下のようなインパクトを与えることができます：

• 物流センターリーダーをサポートし、KPI目標を達成する。

• 日本の物流センター業務を指揮・管理する。

• インバウンド・アウトバウンド業務、在庫管理、VAS業務管理、ブロック在庫管理、顧客返品、廃棄、物流センターのロジスティクス業務全般を扱う。

• 新しい SOP を作成し、既存の運用 SOP を最適化し、生産性を向上させつつ運用の信頼性を維持する。

• 会社のロジスティクスチーム、薬事部、ビジネス、カスタマーサービスチームなど連携し、ビジネス要件を満たすため、顧客の流通戦略の策定をサポートする。

• 顧客の期待に応えるため、職能の垣根を越えて影響力を発揮し、同じ職場の他の者に仕事の指示とリーダーシップを提供する。キャリア開発、コーチング、評価、技術スキルの向上などを実行する。

主な職務

• 物流センター、倉庫管理、顧客配送のアドバイザリー業務、特にヘルスケア製品に関する専門知識

• エリアリーダーと緊密に連携し、物流センター、倉庫、顧客配送戦略について協議し、エリアとグローバル戦略の整合性を確保する。

• 倉庫管理および顧客配送の価格設定要素を理解し、すべての関連コストを管理し、目標に対して確実に計画を達成する。

• 請求書発行の適時性、正確性においてサプライヤーのコンプライアンスを推進し、ベンダーのパフォーマンスを監査する。

• 倉庫管理システムおよび輸送管理システムのスーパーユーザーとして、ITソリューションチームと連携し、システムの導入および機能強化を行う。

• カスタマー・フルフィルメントのための様々な関係者（ビジネスグループ、プランニング、インターカンパニー・オーダー・マネジメント・チーム、輸送など）とのコラボレーションする。

必要なスキルと経験

初日からこの職務で成功するために、3Mは（最低でも）以下のスキル・経験を求めています：

• 3年以上の事業運営経験またはヘルスケア/医薬品物流センター運営経験

• ERPの知識

• プロジェクトマネジメント能力

• 国内での複数部門間の業務経験

勤務地：相模原、愛川地区での50％以上のオンサイト業務

5-10％の国内/海外トラベルの可能性あり
