Hillcrest Academy is looking for Middle School Coaches for the 2024-25 school year. Qualified applicants shall have a working knowledge of the sport they desire to coach, and a desire to impact young people's lives for the better. Candidates shall adhere to the Hillcrest Athletic Department Philosophy, found on the Athletics home page. Applicants must have or be able to obtain a coaching authorization or coaching endorsement prior to the beginning of practice. The position will ideally be tied to another position at the school, but is not required. Hillcrest Academy has been a grades 9-12 Christ-centered school, adding 6th grade this year and will add grades 7 and 8 next year. Hillcrest Academy is rooted in an Anabaptist perspective and committed to the core values of following Jesus, providing academic rigor through holistic learning, cultivating compassionate leadership, and providing all students an opportunity to thrive in a nurturing community.
