We're looking for a full-time experience service writer to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 in a busy Independent Auto Repair shop in Kalispell. Must have excellent customer service, must be a team player, must be professional and neat in appearance, honest, reliable and hardworking. Duties to include, but are not limited too: Greeting customers as they come in, scheduling appointments as needed, ordering the correct parts for the jobs, working closely with the mechanics so they can comprehend and know the concerns from the customers regarding their vehicle issues. Money handling and closing of the till. Keeping the front office neat and tidy. Opening (occasionally) and closing of the shop. Answering incoming phones.The wage is is up to $24 depending on your experience level. Benefits to be explained by the employer.
