Demand Planning Manager - Personal Care

As a Demand Planning Manager, you will oversee our diverse product portfolio, which includes Skin Care, Sun Care, Hair Care, and versatile Vitamins. You will play a critical role in managing our complex supply chain, ensuring seamless coordination and meticulous planning to deliver our products on time and at competitive costs.

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead the global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process for PC by getting and consolidating the input from the regional demand and global Supply Chain and Products reviews.

  • Facilitate the Global Demand Review, Industry Business Review and the Management Business Review as well as support the Regional Demand Reviews.

  • Own the integrated reconciliation review for PC.

  • Review historical sales trend, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, evaluate forecast results driving Integrated Business Planning (IBP).

  • Work together with commercial and regional heads for business translation and demand or coming 24 months measurement and guiding the business priorities and trends supporting the business to set up their strategy and better allocation.

  • Coordinate cross-functional research activities, input from sales, selected customers, and other sources as appropriate, to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated same and business assumptions.

  • Continuous improvement of the Integration Business Planning process.

  • Support the PM team on (inventory) reporting.

  • Desing and implement adaptation of the process and train and communicate accordingly.

    You bring

  • Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Supply Chain and or business administration.

  • Several years of work experience in a Commercial / supply chain environment.

  • Ability to look beyond the process to link the strategy with the financials and execution, highlighting disconnects and identifying opportunities to accelerate.

  • Experience with value chains, business processes or Finance.

  • Experience with working in an international team and management of stakeholders , supported by strong communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Advanced Excel and SAP User skills.
