Roles & Responsibilities

The Production Operator assists with the food processing operation and filling according to work instructions. He/She will ensure the cleanliness with good housekeeping in our production plants.

He/She will report to the First Line Manager of the Production Plant.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform operation according to work instruction.

  • Prepare for start-up, which includes verification of metal detectors and other operational prerequisite programs/critical control point.

  • Machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Check and record net weight digitally.

  • Always maintain Hygiene and Safety.

  • Any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Weekly Rotating shift :

  • Mon-Sat : 7am-3pm

  • Mon-Fri : 3pm-11pm

  • Mon-Fri : 11pm-7am

  • Minimum NITEC or Foreign Diploma/Degree in Engineering.

  • Work in Non-Air con environment.

  • Able to lift up to 25kg of material.

  • WSQ Food Safety Course (FSC) Level 1 is an added advantage.
