Primary Function

Our Fortune 100 tech client is seeking a highly skilled Traffic/Project Manager with experience in UX design agencies or consultancies to join their dynamic team. The Traffic/Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project intake, scheduling, and delivery, ensuring that our UX team operates efficiently and effectively.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage project intake and serve as the traffic/project manager for in-house UX team projects.

  • Facilitate UX team discovery meetings for future component/template enhancements, new features, brand initiatives, etc.

  • Manage design and documentation schedules and project deadlines, ensuring projects are delivered on time and on brief.

  • Help understand resourcing & timeline needs of projects based on input from stakeholders to ensure quality control and consistency in delivery.

  • Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to convey deliverables, expectations, and requirements effectively.

  • Utilize familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager or other enterprise-level CMS for project management tasks.

  • Collaborate with UX team members for stakeholder needs, pulling in appropriate resources as necessary.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously, from inception to completion.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage competing deadlines effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex information to stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively.

  • Proficiency with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or other enterprise level CMS.

  • Demonstrate a general understanding of design to CMS integration flow.

  • High level understanding of backend CMS development process and documentation needs.

  • Familiarity with A/B and Usability testing as well as analytics tools.

Education & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at a UX design agency or consultancy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
