Overview

A leader in cutting-edge research and technology in the cyber arena, CPMG focuses on using business drivers to guide cybersecurity activities and manage risk. CPMG offers flexible, integrative solutions for Department of Defense (DoD) contractors, among others, and specializes in cybersecurity, information and operational technology, electronic security surveillance, and support services.

Summary: CP Marine, LLC is looking for a Program Manager. This person will serve as Program Manager and shall be authorized to report on the status of and direct all activities and staff under this effort.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions: Manages programs to ensure that implementation and prescribed activities are carried out in accordance with specified objectives.

  • Plans and develops methods and procedures for implementing programs, directs, and coordinates program activities, and exercises control over personnel responsible for specific functions or phases of programs.
  • Directs and coordinates, personally or through subordinate managerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation and carrying out objectives of program.
  • Reviews reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified program objective and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and attain objectives.
  • Prepares program reports for superiors. Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Possess demonstrated knowledge and experience in managing projects with the same scope and complexity providing collaboration and continuity, while leading the team Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret financial information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint).
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Telecommunications, or Management Information Systems Project OR equivalent experience.
  • Management Professional (PMP) or DAU Level III PM and Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) foundation certification is also required.
  • Minimum five (5) years of documented experience in a similar role to this key position
  • Minimum five (5) years of the following: Planning, directing, and managing a complex information technology operation in similar size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
    • Successful management and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this requirement.
    • Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to information technology operations.
    • Experience in a DoD IT environment.
    • Experience managing performance-based order requirements Oral and written communication with the highest levels of management.
    • Managing large scale deployments of enterprise applications.
    • Managing a combination of virtual and physical server infrastructure environments.
    • Experience in DoD Information Technology security practices.

The salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$110,000.00 annually.
