Opportunity

BASIC FUNCTION

Under general supervision of the HR Manager, is responsible for implementing and coordinating training programs and instilling the KOS philosophy to the training function. As well as, to follow up the training processes of the personnel and promoting their continuos development, to provide them the necessary knowledge, abilities and attitudes to obtain the required quality. Additionally, complies with all legal requirements related to the training function.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Implements and maintain a training and education program for the Sanimex hourly and administrative associates. Including the orientation, job skills, safety, personnel/professional improvement and general training and education subjects.

Conducts needs analyses to identify the intervention needed and to determine which learning strategies and techniques are most appropriate.

Evaluates the internal and external instructors to maintain the quality standards.

Coordinates and participate in the orientation of new hired personnel.

Maintains the training norms according to the technical changes done in the company, to look for that the training is according to the necessities of each working area.

Designs and develop training courses that will enhance individual and business performance. Partners with supervision to identify appropriate course content and suggest effective learning strategies.

Evaluates learning programs to ensure adherence to quality, design, delivery and corporate standards.

Develops and coordinate internal instructors to provide training as added responsibility to their regular functions.

Ensures all existing learning materials meet Kohler´s current needs.

Ensures that all Mexican law are met

Ensures that all training are keep updated in accordance with ISO norms.

Assist with TMS and PMP.

Comply with the Health and Safety Roles and Responsibilities established for this position (See Responsibilities chart by position).

Skills/Requirements

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION: Preference Bachelor’s degree.

EXPERIENCE: Preference 3 to 4 years’ experience in training area.

FORMATION: Preference working Knowledge of Microsoft Windows based software applications. Bilingual skills preferred.
