As a Data Analyst on the Supply Chain team, you will analyze and visualize data to help with the maintenance/expansion of current systems and capabilities to drive data-based decision making. The analyst synthesizes and leverages datasets based on modeling with process knowledge around planning, distribution, warehousing and logistics and its interdependencies. You will be the lead for ensuring that the global supply chain datasets are effectively utilized by the global supply management team.

Responsabilidades

  • Create reports, dashboards and data visualizations to guide decision-making across cross-functional teams

  • Engage with the business and IT on (data) governance to make sure that Data and Business Processes are aligned, with high-performance and agile processes as a result.

  • Closely collaborate and build effective relationships with team and business partners to understand the data and related improvement needs of the business.

  • Continuously search for innovative ways to drive awareness on data driven opportunities

  • Respond promptly, accurately and efficiently to data requests and questions

  • Support supply chain with master data updates as needed

  • Drive data integrity including identifying and acquiring missing information

  • Proactively identify inconsistencies in the data through visualization and with statistical tests

  • Continuously improve SQL and python skills, helping automate repetitive work

  • Experiment and learn rapidly

Calificaciones

  • Bachelor’s degree in quantitative/analytical or related discipline (Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Economics, or Information Systems) or equivalent years of work experience

  • 2 years or more of experience in Supply Chain with Inventory Management, Logistics or Warehousing

  • Expert in data analysis, visualization, and communication

  • Experience creating dashboards/visualizations using, e.g., PowerBi (or similar)

  • Experienced in Sourcing, PLM/ERP and fulfilment systems is plus

  • Proficient in Advanced MS Excel, SQL, Python

  • Detail-oriented/relentless

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up technology environment and deliver excellent results

  • Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly proficient in automation and supply chain analytics
