Position Overview:

  • Full-time position offering $27.25/hour, (Day Shift) $30.24/hour (Night Shift)

  • Requires a blend of Equipment Maintenance, Technical Understanding, and Attention to Detail

  • Supervisory skills, flexibility, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain production and quality standards by ensuring the smooth operation of industrial machinery and mechanical/electrical equipment/PLC

  • Execute maintenance projects as directed by Maintenance Management and Plant Operations

  • Focus on Food Safety protocols, including instrument calibration and maintenance of product contact surfaces

  • Collaborate with Quality on implementing and improving HACCP, GMP, SQF, and other product safety programs

  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform repairs using hand and power tools

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Identify sources of problems by observing machinery in operation and using precision measuring instruments

  • Adjust and control functional parts of devices and instruments to ensure optimal performance

  • Manage inventory levels of equipment, parts, and supplies to prevent downtime

  • Provide mechanical maintenance information and prepare reports on maintenance activities

  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through workshops and technical publications

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to procedures and regulations

Benefits:

  • Night Shift offers $30.25/hour, while Day Shift offers $27.25/hour

Pay Details: $27.25 to $30.25 per hour
