JASPER COUNTY Legal Administrative Assistant in JOPLIN, Missouri

The Jasper County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has an immediate opening for a full-time legal administrative assistant in the Joplin Courts Building. The position involves performing secretarial and support functions for prosecuting attorneys; processing criminal files; preparing and processing legal documents, pleadings and correspondence; maintaining case files and providing general administrative support. This position works closely with the public, law enforcement, attorneys and court staff. The successful candidate will have strong word processing and compute skills. A high school diploma and general office experience preferred.
