*Your Key Responsibilities*

  • Plans and coordinates complex non-routine repairs or investments, and leads projects in cooperation with Engineering, IT and/or Digitalization, for an production area assigned.
  • Cooperate with IE in the continuous optimization of processes and machines.
  • Carry out failure or damage analyses of constructions and analyze, evaluate and propose alternative solutions.
  • Plan and execute assigned maintenance or repair projects, involving a range of technical disciplines and resources.
  • Ensure maintenance of technical documentations of processes and equipment.
  • Plan and monitor digitalization projects, and cooperate with respective internal and external resources.
  • Upgrade spare part requirements for equipment (Obsolence solutions)
  • Overhaul for machines to improve technical availability, quality and thruput

*Your Qualifications*

Minimum Qualifications

  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
  • 2 years of experience in manufacturing or technology field, preferably in maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum: Four-year degree in Engineering, Preferable: Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronics
  • Knowledge of control systems (example: PLCs, Automation). Knowledge of regulatory requirements (example: OSHA, EPA)
  • Knowledge of power distribution systems. Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949:2016.
  • Knowledge of CMMS, SAP preferred
