St. Bernard's Medical Center PROGRAM ENRICHMENT COORDINATOR - TOTAL LIFE HEALTHCARE in JONESBORO, Arkansas

  • JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Education

  • College degree from a four-year institution. Preferred degree will be in education, marketing, or a related healthcare field. Experience in activity coordination will be considered in lieu of a degree. Must have current CPR certification.

  • Experience

  • Management and leadership qualities are required. Must possess a high degree of interpersonal relations skills with a variety of people and personalities. Prefer at least one year of experience in a health care related setting. Experience in development of written materials, flyers, calendars, etc. as needed. Use of social media platforms to promote activities and awareness of PACE. Current Arkansas driver’s license, proof of auto insurance and consistent and reliable usage of a motor vehicle.

  • Physical

  • The coordinator must be able to lift up to 20 lbs. and move about the center; reach, push, pull, turn, carry, handle, write. Frequent squatting and driving for up to one hour. Must be energetic, mobile.

  • JOB SUMMARY

  • The Program Enrichment Coordinator is directly responsible to the Home Care Manager and/or his/her designee. Responsible for planning and execution of a personalized activities program, forming and maintaining relationships with community partners, increasing community awareness of PACE. Must supervise and facilitate Club PACE staff in carrying out the planned activities. Coordinates volunteer efforts to meet the needs of Total Life Healthcare. Serves as or designates a representative to function as part of the interdisciplinary team as defined by CMS.
