  • We offer a fun environment with peaceful surroundings. With a smaller 14-bed facility, the resident-to-staff ratio is lower than a traditional nursing home. Enjoy the rewarding work of caring for our residents. High School Graduate or equivalent preferred. Ability to read, write, and follow oral or written instructions.

  • Experience

  • Receives on-the-job training from Facility Maintenance Manager. General knowledge of maintenance tools and procedures is useful. Individuals need to be skilled in numerous areas of craftsmanship, general maintenance, basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing. Must possess a valid Arkansas Driver’s license.

  • Inside and outside environment. Exposed to changes in temperature and weather. Close eye work. Color perception. Hearing of normal and soft tones. Operate Utility equipment. Exposure to mechanical hazards. Frequent walking, bending, standing, crawling, and reaching. Lifting and carrying with assistant up to 100lbs. This is a safety sensitive position.

  • JOB SUMMARY

    Performs a variety of duties in and around buildings and grounds to assist other workers in completing their tasks. Assists workers and residents by performing routine tasks as directed by immediate supervisor. Constructs and maintains furniture, equipment, and fixtures. Paints, re-decorates walls and makes repairs to drywall when necessary. Follow methods and procedures that are well established, although type of repair work is constantly changing.
