Allied Universal is hiring a Project Manager who will measure compliance, assist in maintaining and tracking projects, certificates of insurance, invoice issues, accounts receivable and provide overall administrative support to the operations teams throughout the Retail Division. Deals with a diverse group of important internal contacts at all levels of the organization. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and execute a diverse workload and recommend changes in associated practices or procedures. This is a remote based position with very little to no travel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The primary focus of the position is the management and execution of assigned projects

  • Using the principles of project management, assist in the tracking of and maintenance of the implementation of strategic initiatives, including new business transition.

  • Partner with Retail Regional Managers, Vice Presidents and our President to successfully complete client- and internal based projects specific to contract compliance, program development or facilitating the promotion of the group.

  • Act as a subject matter expert for specific internal operational functions, including, but not limited to, Program Compliance, Supplement Invoice Creation, Certificate of Insurance processing, Billing Discrepancies and over-administration.

  • Administratively Assist in the implementation of standardized processes in support of Retail Account development.

  • Act as support role to all of the Retail Operations Teams.

  • Work with all levels in the organization in a team environment to identify, analyze and solve problems and create opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Maintain confidentiality of all information and data.

  • Keep records and prepare accurate and timely reports both manually and through automated methods..

  • Actively participate in community and business related organizations

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.

  • Ability to actively participate in planning and strategy sessions.

  • Ability to conform to complex procedures, spreadsheets, presentations, web page development, etc.

  • Ability to deal with internal and external customers, ensure compliance with contract deliverables and perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely, courteous, and professional manner..

  • Ability to work independently with remote supervision.

  • This position is primarily Monday–Friday during daytime operations, with the rare exception of weekend or evening work.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (NICE TO HAVE):

  • Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • 3+ years of Administrative Support / Data Entry experience
