This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office.  Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Company's human resources function.  Additionally, in coordination with the Senior Executive Leadership Team, is responsible for aligning the Human Capital Strategy with the Company's Strategic Plan, Operational Plans and Strategic Objectives. Serves as senior level advisor on human resources issues across the Company. Leads the development, implementation, and communication of the Company's Human Resources Strategy. Prepares documents related to executive and board of directors' compensation and benefits and presents to the Compensation Committee and other committees of the Company Board of Directors as directed. Manages the relationship with the Company's Human Resources Consultants and outside legal counsel.

Basic Qualifications: Employees will possess formal education in Human Resources Management, Business, the Social Sciences, the Liberal Arts, or related academic field plus expertise gained through a combination of requisite training and directly related experience, preferably in a government contracting environment. MA/MS plus at least 10 years of directly related experience preferred. BA/BS plus at least 12 years of directly related experience. With a minimum of 5 years of HR Leadership experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) Certification. Society for Human Resources Management - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM - SCP).
