Position Summary:

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates activities necessary to achieve optimal resident outcomes. Provides care to residents from adults through geriatrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing

· Current PA registered nurse license that is active and in good standing

· CPR Certification

· Two years nursing experience preferred

· One year long term care experience preferred
