It’s nothing like the laundry you might do at home!!Century Linen & Uniform is looking for a Production Supervisors to help run our Johnstown Plant! This position is located at our 542 N Perry St. Johnstown, NY 12095 Location The facility Currently operates between the hours of 5am - 6:30pm. Supervisors will be scheduled for 8-10 hour shifts. M-F occasional Saturday. Duties and Responsibilities: Must have previous Production Supervisory Experience. Must have the ability to lead a team and hold team members accountable.Must have demonstrated great performance and attendance. Supervises all aspects of the production process to Minimize OT, Optimizes Productivity & Controls Operating Expenses. Trains employees on production equipment, being aware and addressing when additional training is needed. Assign employees to work in areas of the plant as required for an efficient production process. Leads & motivates the team with a POSITIVE ATTITUDE! (Must be able to speak during team meetings and huddles) Understand the workflow of assigned areas and how it impacts the sequence of production.Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing with team members, managers, and HR. Supervise the work of lead personnel to ensure that work is always supplied and available to team members to maximize production.
