Are you passionate about building relationships with universities and creating meaningful opportunities for early-career talent? FM Global is seeking a highly motivated University Recruiting Program Consultant to join our team! In this exciting role, you will manage all aspects of our university hiring initiatives, including developing recruitment strategies, building relationships with faculty and career services, and delivering professional development events for our interns and co-ops. You will be responsible for driving our early-career pipeline and ensuring a successful intern/co-op experience for our future leaders. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with a dynamic team, gain global experience, and make a significant impact on our organization.

This role is located in our Corporate Headquarters located in Johnston, RI and follows an office-based, flexible schedule. This role does have business related travel up to 40%, based on business needs.

  • Manage the full programming related to university hiring to grow a long-term, sustainable pipeline of college and new hires

  • Build strong relationships with target universities, including HBCUs and HSIs, to differentiate FM Global as an employer of choice and maximize our programs and events on campus

  • Provide consultative support to enhance/build university recruiting programs and share market findings with the business

  • Contribute innovative ideas for current intern/co-op/entry-level programs and the overall campus recruitment strategy

  • Collaborate with recruiters to manage and drive campus activities related to targeted universities that align with division, or location-specific needs

  • Plan and execute professional development events for interns and co-ops, particularly in the summer, and identify mentorship opportunities year-round

  • Develop, track, and analyze recruitment metrics and research market trends to continuously improve our programs and strategies

  • 5+ years of experience in campus/university relations and large-scale internship/university program management

  • Experience in developing processes/programs, gaining business buy-in, delivering training, and change management

  • Global experience in Central/South America, EMEA, or APAC is a plus

The hiring range for this position is $88,400 to $127,100 annually. The final salary offer will vary based on individual education, skills, and experience. The position is eligible to participate in FM Global’s comprehensive Total Rewards program that includes an incentive plan, generous health and well-being programs, a 401(k) and pension plan, career development opportunities, tuition reimbursement, flexible work, time off allowances and much more.
