FM Global is hiring a Global Immigration Program Consultant to join our team at our headquarters located in Johnston, RI.

The Global Immigration Program Consultant provides niche global immigration consultation and execution for employees, internal groups, and vendors to assure the effective delivery of end to end process.

Through proactive oversight and engagement, helps, guides, advises and problem-solves to resolve issues. Provides a clear point of contact for those needing support in the process and understands and uses resources to assure a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage global process and protocols related to Immigration delivery for our relocating employee population in support a globally consistent and compliant process.

  • Develop and implement processes connecting the immigration timeline with the internal and external customers (such as HR and the Relocation Vendor).

  • Manage vendor relationship on a day-to-day basis related to global immigration matters and support.

  • Deliver consultative guidance on market / industry trends to the Global Mobility, TA, HRBP and business communities as required.

  • Keep key customers up to speed on program improvements and updates, ensuring frequent communications.

  • Provide guidance and assessments to business, TA and the HRBP Community on individual hiring requirements.

  • Contribute knowledge and innovative/creative ideas for current Global Mobility and TA programs to ensure continuous improvement of programs tied to immigration compliance.

  • Develop, track and analyze immigration program metrics, understand and communicate market trends and data within global mobility trends and use the data to improve program delivery.

  • Measure and acquire program efficiency, revise processes, as necessary.

8+ years of Global Immigration experience

Candidate with 8+ years of Global Immigration experience with global mobility experience preferred!

Experience in developing processes / programs, gaining business consensus, delivering training, with a focus on organizational change and adoption.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Education

4-year college Degrees/bachelor's degrees

The hiring range for this position is $88,400 to $127,100. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
