Position Summary: Provide leadership, supervision and organization of the activity team and carry out the objectives of the program. Help each participating student achieve a high level of skill, an appreciation for the values of discipline and an increased level of self-esteem.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate aptitude for performing identified tasks

  • Exhibit high moral values and be able to serve as a favorable example to young people

  • Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Performance Responsibilities:

  • Instruct team members on activity

  • Conduct team meetings and practices

  • Register team members for tournament/competition

  • Keep parents and team members informed of scheduled practices

  • Inform team members of district rules and procedures
