Insight Global Remote ERP Change Analyst in Johnston, Iowa

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Senior Change Strategy Analyst to lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) efforts for a major ERP upgrade. This individual will be an individual contributor who will be expected to manage and lead the OCM strategy and execution across all levels of the organization. The role will report to the Enterprise IT Change Strategy and Adoption Leader with project-specific guidance from the Future ERP OCM Lead and requires extensive collaboration with global teams across the organization.

Lead Change Management Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy tailored to the Future ERP upgrade project and aligned to documented outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders across various departments, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the organization.

Implementation of Change Management Plans: Develop and oversee the implementation of detailed change management plans, including change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management plans.

Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization to facilitate smooth and effective change adoption.

Communications and Training Delivery: Design and deliver multi-channel communication and training strategies to effectively engage and inform diverse audiences across the organization, ensuring clear and consistent messaging and user readiness and ability.

Change Management Consulting: Consult and coach project and stakeholder teams on change management roles and practices.

Cross-program Coordination: Coordinate activities with other IT and ERP initiatives, providing consistency in OCM tools, style and templates, channels, messaging, etc.

Demonstrate Effectiveness: Report on effectiveness and outcomes of the change and adoption strategies.

$70-85/hr

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of experience leading organizational change management for a large enterprise.

Professional experience with a global organization.

Working experience with Microsoft 365 tools, especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.

Demonstrated editorial skills and ability to coach for continuous improvement.

Experience supporting a large scale ERP upgrade/implementation (ideally SAP S4 HANA).

Professional experience independently working with and managing stakeholders up, down, and across the organization. null
