Family Medicine Faculty OMT/Pain Managment (50/50 split), Pain Relief Center United Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine Faculty OMT/Pain Managment (50/50 split) to join our Pain Management Center department at Pain Relief Center in Johnson City, NY. This position is benefits eligible. Shift: Day

Family Medicine Faculty OMT/Pain Managment (50/50 split) / Overview Looking for a AOBFT or ABFM Board Certified physician to be a Part-Time Core Faculty Member for our Family Medicine Residency.

In this position you will need to:

• Demonstrate commitment to the delivery of safe, equitable, high-quality, cost-effective, patient-centered care

• Be able to provide comprehensive outpatient care to all ages from newborn through geriatrics, including routine GYN care, dermatologic and sports medicine procedures.

• Currently trained in OMT or be willing to undergo training to allow for supervision of residents performing OMT

• Adept at working with underserved populations

• Experience in teaching, preferably at the GME level, but can consider other experience

• Will be required to fully participate in residency required committees and activities including:

o -Program Evaluation Committee

o -Clinical Competency Committee

o -Serve as a resident advisor

o -Evaluate and provide formative feedback to residents

o -Provide didactic education

o -Participate in Faculty Development

o -Participate in ACGME Annual Survey

Also split time in Pain Management and handle procedures and case load accordingly.
