A Day in the Life

As a Calibration Technician and Quality control inspector,

You will have versatile responsibilities, such as:

• Follow up on periodic calibration plan vs execution.

• ERP Calibration system – Document periodic activities based on calibration results, Status Updated, New measuring device implementations, Etc.

• Coordination of calibration with an external calibration laboratory and escort external calibration technician during calibration process.

• Uses predetermined methods, operations, setups and prescribed specifications to inspect visually and functionally in-process and completed products.

• Works with various measuring equipment such as dial indicators, micrometres, scales, fixtures, microscope based on drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.

• Approve line clearances after each lot to ensure all materials from the previous lot have been removed.

• Execution of incoming inspection (IQC) processes of components and sub-assemblies based on drawing or inspection instructions and checklists.

Must Haves

• An academic engineering degree – Minimum requirement - Practical Engineer

• Ability to understand technical documentation e.g. product specification, drawings, work procedures etc. – Hebrew and English.

• Basic knowledge in main MS Office applications - MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

• Good communication skills with people and service oriented.

• Ability to work under pressure and well organized.

• Fluency in Hebrew and English speaking, writing and technical communication.

Nice haves

• Experience and good knowledge in Priority ERP system – Major advantage

• Experience in similar jobs – Advantage
