You will also play a pivotal role in driving the governance on strategic digital transformation initiatives (e.g. Large Language Models).

As a portfolio management leader, you'll refine governance frameworks, implement detailed technology portfolio and financial reporting, and provide oversight and leadership to ensure appropriate narratives are produced around the portfolio reporting. • Implementing detailed technology portfolio and financial reporting, while overseeing the preparation of accurate portfolio and financial reports, and providing leadership to ensure appropriate narratives around the portfolio reporting.

  • Defining, measuring, and reporting on technology portfolio KPIs and metrics, working closely with business leads to monitor portfolio progress, and continuously track the technology portfolio to ensure business benefits are being realized.

  • Leading the standardization of defining and capturing business benefits and ROI, handling ad-hoc reporting, leading the connectivity of technology portfolio management systems, and translating complex portfolio data into consumable information for stakeholders.

  • Working closely with business leads to ensure well-written annual investment details, developing and overseeing a process to review and approve new technology demand throughout the year, and partnering with each business lead to develop business cases during the annual budget cycle.

  • While executing your role, you will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, leveraging in-office collaboration while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, ideally with a Finance or Accounting Undergraduate degree. If you have a proven track record in technology portfolio/investment governance, we're looking for you. Prior P&A and managerial experience will be a valuable asset in this role.

  • Your strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint will be put to good use, as will your advanced analytical skills. We're looking for a strategic thinker who can initiate change and drive continuous process improvement.

  • Your strong, clear, and concise written and verbal communication skills will be essential, particularly your ability to edit and prepare executive level communications. Your excellent organizational and project management skills will be tested as you manage competing priorities.

  • We value intellectual curiosity and the ability to learn quickly. If you're a collaborative team player who can build strong partnerships, we want to hear from you. Your high degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure will be key to your success in this role.
