Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.DUTIES: Collaborate with technology teams and business stakeholders to define and drive product strategy, document user requirements, develop product roadmaps, perform resources and effort estimates, and measure progress. Manage the software development lifecycle (SDLC) following Agile practices. Define and deliver metrics, KPIs, deep analytics and data visualizations around the health of the Client Information Product, its usage and insights. Establish and report on key objectives, results and performance metrics to senior management. Increase organizational productivity, improve team efficiency, and decrease operational risk by commercializing self-service analytical tools and automating manual processes surrounding data quality assurance and management reporting. Support the development of business rules models as part of the Client Information Product initiative by analyzing user stories and developing testing and simulating models.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Any), Computer Science, Data Science, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as a Product Manager, IT Manager, Data Analyst, Consultant Analyst, or related occupation. Requires experience in the following: data wrangling; data analytics; designing and building data visualizations; decision modeling self-service analytical tools such as SQL, Tableau, or Alteryx; software development lifecycle; Agile practices, including defining user story maps, planning sprints, managing the backlog, documenting user stories in JIRA and Confluence, and performing UAT testing; designing and developing business process automation using Xceptor or Python; and developing current and future state business process maps in Visio or Signavio.
