Job Title: Client Care Representative
Pay: up to $18.75/Hour + Commission
Hours: 8 Hour Shift worked within 8AM-6:30PM EST, Monday-Friday
Drive and build rapport with your clients through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts
Educate value of programs and offering, successfully enrolling members into them
Develop sales strategies and techniques to inform and yield high conversion rates
Meet daily enrollment targets and productivity objectives
Document all efforts to allow for funnel and metric tracking and overall customer relationship management
Foster relationships, adhering to standards to meet full integrity of members
Previous call center experience, preferable in a sales/up-selling environment
You have a proven successful track record in sales. Bonus points if you thrive at up and cross selling.
You thrive working in a high performing, goal-oriented environment.
Must be tech-savvy, familiarity with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.) a plus! Salesforce experience a plus!
Candidates must have excellent communication skills – be able to adapt to speaking with many people
Remote positions - Candidates must have the ability to work from home
Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!
**Training for the position to start November 8th.
