Job Title: Client Care Representative

Remote Opportunity!

Pay: up to $18.75/Hour + Commission

Hours: 8 Hour Shift worked within 8AM-6:30PM EST, Monday-Friday

Job Description:

  • Drive and build rapport with your clients through inbound and outbound prospecting efforts

  • Educate value of programs and offering, successfully enrolling members into them

  • Develop sales strategies and techniques to inform and yield high conversion rates

  • Meet daily enrollment targets and productivity objectives

  • Document all efforts to allow for funnel and metric tracking and overall customer relationship management

  • Foster relationships, adhering to standards to meet full integrity of members

    Qualifications:

  • Previous call center experience, preferable in a sales/up-selling environment

  • You have a proven successful track record in sales. Bonus points if you thrive at up and cross selling.

  • You thrive working in a high performing, goal-oriented environment.

  • Must be tech-savvy, familiarity with Google Apps (Mail, Calendar, Sheets, etc.) a plus! Salesforce experience a plus!

  • Candidates must have excellent communication skills – be able to adapt to speaking with many people

  • Remote positions - Candidates must have the ability to work from home

  • Bilingual: fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!

**Training for the position to start November 8th.
