The Product Owner Client and Employee Virtual Meeting role plays a critical role with key partners and stakeholders in equipping the JP Morgan Wealth Management (JPWM) advisor and service teams with the needed capabilities to provide a first class experience.

The Role:

  • Product Ownership creating virtual meeting capabilities for employee and client interactions

  • Platform scope across several LOBs

  • Set the vision, strategy, defines success (e.g., KPIs, OKRs), makes decisions around product development and delivery processes, tools and strategy

  • Collaborate across business, design, operations, product, and technology teams to continuously improve the client and employee experience

  • Ensures end-to-end delivery across business, technical and digital channels

  • Organize, research, and analyze solutions to meet customer and business partner's need

  • Ability to demo product and solution to varied audiences: CIO, CEO, C-Level LOB executives, scrum team as well as Legal, Risk , Compliance.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive projects in collaboration with product owners and leaders of all levels

  • Cross-functional development process from ideation through development and commercial launch, collaborating with multiple internal, external, and executive teams to ensure coordination throughout product development, fostering and facilitating timely decision-making, driving the product and delivering success.

  • Partner closely with Engineering, design, and other internal teams to drive end to end client and employee success.

  • Lead complex projects and processes with multiple stakeholder

  • Develop Go to Market plan

  • Experience with design thinking

  • Leverage technical expertise to identify opportunities across the product area with a keen focus on product innovation, driving product strategy and execution

  • Hire, mentor, motivate, and retain a strong team

  • Respect, value and promote diversity, equity and inclusion

  • Define and manage the vendor management strategy and engagement

  • Develop and manage a process for monitoring vendors to ensure they meet their agreement and contractual obligations

  • Working knowledge of Collaboration tools such as Zoom, Oracle, Salesforce.

  • Drives monthly and quarterly business reviews with senior level stakeholders and partners


  • 10+ years digital experience (mix of Corporate, Start up, Agency-Consulting)

  • 10+ years strategy and execution experience in launching apps, websites and digital experiences for both clients and employees

  • 10+ years launching/transforming digital experiences for a client base of millions of users

  • 10+ years experience leading and managing teams

  • 10+ years managing vendor engagements
