Human Resources Specialist (Jersey City, NJ) -Analyze and implement HR policies, practices, and workforce management, in compliance with US labor and employment laws; Review, analyze, and sourcing management talents, applying knowledge of Global workforce strategy, Human Resource Management, Cross Border HRM, Labor Relations/regulations, and Employee Relations; Define talent acquisition needs and labor market intelligence to merge the gap of HR practices in US, China, and South East Asia region, including talent compensation structure, workforce planning, and Performance Management; Analyze candidates’ backgrounds and abilities in relation to job requirements; Prepare and summarize reports on job analysis and HR evaluation analysis information on HRIS system; Provide counsel and problem-resolution services to employees according to company’s policies, labor-law legislations, and state/federal requirements.
