Insurance Services Office, Inc. seeks a Data Scientist III in Jersey City, NJ.Duties:Manipulate and analyze complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources. Communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner. Conduct empirical research and answer difficult questions with data. Understand problems and build the algorithms necessary to find the correct answers. Execute data analysis and modeling projects from project/sample design, business review meetings with internal and external clients deriving requirements and deliverables, reception and processing of data, performing analyses and modeling to final reports and presentations and communication of results.. Assess data synergies and develop models or algorithms for identifying important information in our data in conjunction with various external datasets. Create both proof-of-concepts demonstrations to illustrate specific technologies and algorithms as well as robust operational systems than can be put into production. Telecommuting is permitted.Requires a Master's degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, or related field plus 2 years of related experience. Requires 2 years of experience in the following: 1) AWS, 2) Python, 3) Natural Language Processing methodologies (BERT, NLTK, Dependency Parsing, NER, ngram analysis), 4) HTML, 5) Web scraping, and 6) Postman.
